The Division of Emergency Management effectively carries out its emergency management duties, but can improve its analysis of the State’s emergency response after a disaster.  Environmental contamination at Camp Navajo and potential liability problems regarding items stored there have been and continue to be addressed.  The report also provides information on Arizona’s Army and Air National Guard facilities.  Finally, the report contains the Sunset Factors for the Department and the State Emergency Council.
