Fiscal Year 2026 School District Annual Financial Report (AFR)
The forms and instructions for completing the FY 2026 school district AFR, including the school-level AFR, are available for use in the new, online AFR portal (portal). The link below will take you to a new page with a brief summary of the portal, a link to the portal, and account creation and access instructions.
While districts will now use the portal to complete the FY 2026 AFR and school-level AFR, unfillable display versions of the Excel files are available below for reference purposes only.
Please note, the Deseg AFR must be completed in Excel format, and not on the portal. For FY 2027, we plan to incorporate the Deseg AFR into the AFR Portal, removing the need for a separate Excel file. Select the zip file below and extract the file to C:\SDFORMS\. In addition to the extracted file, the C:\SDFORMS\ folder should also include the most recently revised versions of the district's FY 2026 Deseg budget and FY 2025 Deseg AFR.
