The forms and instructions for completing the FY 2026 charter school AFR, including the school-level AFR, are available for use in the new, online AFR portal (portal). While charters will now use the portal to complete the FY 2026 AFR and school-level AFR, unfillable display versions of the Excel files are available below for reference purposes only.
