The Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery (Board) issues licenses to doctors of osteopathy (DO) and post-graduate training permits to residents, interns, and fellows. The Board issued licenses and permits to qualified applicants within the overall time frames specified in board rules. In addition, the Board appropriately investigated and adjudicated complaints against DOs, but should continue to improve its complaint resolution timeliness. Finally, the Board provided accurate and appropriate information on its Web site and over the phone.
