Department of Environmental Quality - Air Quality Division

Despite significant challenges, the Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division has achieved success in improving the air quality in Arizona.  The report also notes that the Division generally takes timely enforcement actions against facilities that are potentially major sources of air pollution.  However, the Division could still improve the timeliness of its review and approval process for enforcement actions.
