Department of Administration - State Data Center


This procedural review was designed to assess, in detail, the administrative policies and day-to-day operations of the State Data Center’s IT efforts. Areas such as data management, security, identity and user account management, change and configuration management, and policies and procedures were reviewed. As a result of the work performed on this review, auditors identified deficiencies in 14 areas, plus one overall concern related to IT policies and procedures.
