Starting Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing strategies for professional development, recruiting, and retention.
• Assist with designing, modifying, and implementing Office-wide training programs.
• Work with all levels of the Office on HR-related programs and initiatives.
• Assist management with implementation of HR policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Office leadership to understand and execute the organization’s HR goals and strategies.
• Research HR practices, principles, and trends and assist with developing strategies for performance improvement and evaluation.


• Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, management, or related field.
• Three years of experience in HR management preferred.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR practices, principles, and applicable employment-related laws and regulations.
• Ability to quickly learn the Office’s HRIS and ATS systems.
• Ability to discuss effectively, diplomatically, and concisely HR plans, issues, concerns, and findings with Office leadership, employees, and external parties, as necessary.
• Willingness to work in-office daily.
• Must have valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.
