Fiscal Year 2025 Charter School Annual Financial Report

The FY 2025 AFR zip file contains forms and instructions for completing the charter school AFR; Classroom Site Project Narrative; and school-level AFR with 2 forms, based on charter size.

Select the zip file and extract the files to C:\CSFORMS\. Choose the appropriate school-level AFR file based on the number of schools in your charter. In addition to the extracted files, the C:\CSFORMS\ folder should also include the most recently revised versions of the charter's FY 2025 budget and FY 2024 AFR files.
