Classroom Site Fund Narrative

Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §15-977(J) requires school districts to provide a summary of results achieved through programs funded with Classroom Site Fund (CSF) monies. Districts should use this form for fiscal year 2026 and thereafter and submit the form to the Arizona Department of Education annually by November 15.
