Supplemental Report to the Independent Review—Arizona's Child Safety System and the Arizona Department of Child Safety

The Chapin Hall Center for Children at the University of Chicago prepared a supplemental report to their independent review of Arizona’s child safety system and the Arizona Department of Child Safety (Report No. 15-CR1). This supplement includes a historical overview of recent trends related to maltreatment rates, placement into foster care, length of time spent in foster care, and permanency, as well as some county-specific information.
