$40,000 - $50,000 depending on background and experience.
What You'll Do:
Draft correspondence, process divisional reports for styling, create chart and graphs, and complete edits.
Work closely with the audit and administrative teams to help keep their work moving forward.
Support the division with organization of team events.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the division and Office.
Assist with recruiting, training, and retention programs.
What You'll Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
Two to three years’ previous administrative assistant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with Office professionals.
Strong organization skills with the ability to properly prioritize workload and successfully manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Publisher); and ability to learn Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work in an efficient and timely manner.
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems as they arise, and adapt to changing priorities.
