districts with detailed instructions for completing and submitting the required
expenditure limitation reports. Once the zip file (UERS07.exe) is downloaded,
simply double click on the file. It will self-extract into the
subdirectory C:\UERS07. Find the folder and click on the Cover.pdf file
and the link for, “Using UERS Reader,” for instructions.
