CFO Designation Form (112k PDF File)—Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E) requires that each county, city, town, and community college district provide to the Auditor General by July 31 each year the name of the chief fiscal officer its governing board has designated to submit the Expenditure Limitation Report for that fiscal year. This form may be used for that purpose.
