Reporting
Guidelines (23K)—These reporting guidelines are for Arizona cities
and towns to use in complying with A.R.S. §9-481(B)(2) which requires that a
determination be included in a city/town’s audit reports as to whether
highway user revenue fund monies and any other dedicated state
transportation revenue received by the city/town are being used solely for
the authorized transportation purpose.
CFO Designation Form
(100k PDF File)—Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E) requires that
each county, city, town, and community college district provide to the
Auditor General by July 31 each year the name of the chief fiscal
officer its governing board has designated to submit the Expenditure
Limitation Report for that fiscal year. This form may be used for that
purpose.
