The
Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) provides administrative support to the
Supreme Court and numerous services to courts throughout the State. Although AOC
has established a fairly comprehensive framework for managing the development of
information technology systems for state-wide use, additional steps will enhance
its process. AOC can also improve management of its judicial collections program
by increasing vendor oversight and adopting performance measures.
