Department of Environmental Quality—Sunset Factors (September 2004, Report No. 04-08) 

This report provides information about the 12 sunset factors the Legislature is to consider in determining whether to continue the Department of Environmental Quality (Department).  The report also indicates a continued need for the Department, notes that the Department has met its overall objective and purpose, and summarizes the three performance audits conducted on the Department that identify opportunities for improvement.
