Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (July 1997, Report No. 97-11)

This report concludes that although certification of behavioral health professionals provides some benefits to the public, increased regulation is unnecessary. The report also addresses the need for the Board to improve the public's access to information about certified behavioral health practitioners and the need to improve public representation on the Board and its credentialing committees.
