Department of Administration—Governor's Regulatory Review Council (February 2006, Report No. 06-01)

This audit found that GRRC has generally met its purpose by ensuring that rules are properly developed and consistent with statute, and by reviewing and approving agency 5-year rule review reports.  Further, for the rule packages auditors reviewed, GRRC met the statutory timeframe.
